For mortgage brokers and lenders
Every borrower call answered. Every callback booked.
A borrower who reaches voicemail calls the next lender. SwaraOS answers, asks only the questions the caller has not answered yet, runs the payment numbers on the rate they name, and books the loan officer's callback, so your officer starts at minute five, not minute one.
You’ll reach Soul Of South, a live restaurant running the same agent on a different script. Keep it to questions; the orders it takes are real.
What it handles
- Answers every borrower call and files a summary a loan officer reads in ten seconds
- Asks only the discovery questions the caller has not already answered
- Estimates a payment, an affordability range or a refinance on the rate the caller names, never one it picks
- Books a phone consultation with a loan officer, or texts a link to pick a time
- Never quotes rates or judges a borrower's file: pricing and advice stay with your licensed loan officers
A call, as it happens
Thanks for calling Lakeside Home Loans. How can I help?
I'm thinking of refinancing. What would $320,000 over 30 years at 6 percent cost me a month?
At the 6 percent you named, over 30 years, that's about $1,919 a month in principal and interest. That's an estimate, not a quote. Would you like a loan officer to call you?
Yes, tomorrow morning works.
You're booked for tomorrow at 10 AM; a loan officer will call you at this number.

Questions, answered
Will it quote rates or tell a caller they qualify?
No. Presenting loan terms based on someone's finances is a licensed loan officer's job, so the agent never does it. It collects what the caller says, and any number it gives is arithmetic on a rate the caller chose, said as an estimate and not a quote.
What does the loan officer get?
A short note: what the borrower wants, the numbers they gave and when to call back. The caller's family, marital status and age are left out of it.
What happens after hours?
It answers at 9 PM the way it does at 9 AM: it takes the details, runs the numbers the caller asks for, and books the callback at an open time that suits them.
