For medical clinics and front offices
Answer, triage and schedule around the clock.
Patients call when they are worried, not when the desk is free. SwaraOS answers every call, schedules against the real calendar, and routes urgent matters to a person with context.
You’ll reach Soul Of South, a live restaurant running the same agent on a different script. Keep it to questions; the orders it takes are real.
What it handles
- Schedules and reschedules against your Google calendar
- Routes urgent calls to the on-call line with a summary, never a menu loop
- Runs insurance eligibility checks in the background during intake
- Texts forms, directions and reminders after the call
- Speaks six languages, chosen per clinic or detected on the call
A call, as it happens
Thank you for calling Riverside Family Clinic. How can I help?
I need to see someone about a sore throat, ideally today.
I can offer 2:40 PM today with Dr. Alvarez, or 9:10 tomorrow morning. Which works?
2:40 today, please.
You're booked for 2:40 PM today. I've texted directions and the check-in form. If symptoms get worse before then, call back and say it's urgent.

Questions, answered
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Not yet, and we would rather say so. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest and each clinic's data and credentials are isolated, but we have not signed business-associate agreements with our vendors. Talk to us before putting patient data on it.
Can it write to our EHR?
Not yet. An athenahealth connection is in progress: it will read live slots, and booking will stay staff-confirmed, with a chart write only after a validated patient match.
What about emergencies?
You define what counts as urgent. Those calls are transferred to a person immediately with a summary of what the caller said.
